I came to live in this beautiful place Phillip Island with my husband some fifteen years ago after selling up in the city and travelling around Australia for a few years.
I have always had a huge passion for cooking with beautiful fresh Australian produce. Since registering my commercial kitchen my main focus has been using alternate flours, I love the depth of flavour they give and the added health properties. My goal when creating my own gluten free pastry was to make tasty food available for everybody to share and enjoy.
